Gotch Bible Workout

The Gotch Bible workout is a simple but flexible and extensible workout system devised by the American catch wrestler and proto-mixed martial artist, Karl Gotch. This web app allows users to follow the system, as well as track their workout history. The user of the system draws a card, whose suit corresponds to some exercise, and then performs a number of reps corresponding to the card's rank.

Gotch originally developed the routine for calisthenics exercises, but it can be adapted to other systems. Below, you can customize what exercise which suit corresponds to.
